Vaishno Devi Helicopter: Official Booking Information
Scheduled pilgrimage helicopter seats are sold only through official channels. This page tells you where to book and what to watch out for.
We do not sell tickets or seats on this route, and we do not take bookings for it. Helicopter flights to pilgrimage sites are controlled by the state government or the shrine authority. Book only on Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board (online.maavaishnodevi.org). Do not pay anyone else.
What you need to know
Tickets for the helicopter service between Katra and Sanjichhat are sold through the Shrine Board's official website and counters.
The Shrine Board decides the timings, fares and rules, and these can change.
Flights depend on weather and visibility, and can be delayed or cancelled.
Fake websites, social-media ads and agents offering "guaranteed", "VIP" or "last-minute" pilgrimage helicopter tickets are a known fraud. Indian authorities have warned about online booking fraud aimed at pilgrims (I4C alert).
Type the official website address yourself. Do not click links sent on WhatsApp or ads.
Never share OTPs or card details with anyone claiming to book for you.
