VayuVarad is a booking facilitator. We arrange charters with DGCA-approved operators and cars with licensed providers. The operator or provider is responsible for carrying out the journey.
Quotes depend on aircraft or vehicle availability and are valid for the time stated. A booking is confirmed only when the operator confirms the aircraft, date and price, and you receive our written confirmation.
Payment is requested after the operator confirms availability. We issue an invoice for every booking.
Cancellation and change charges are set by the operator. We share the exact terms with you before you pay. Refunds, where due, are made according to those terms, less any non-refundable charges.
Flights may be delayed, rerouted or cancelled for weather, air traffic, technical or safety reasons. The pilot and operator make the final decision. Rescheduling or refunds follow the operator's policy.
Passengers must carry valid ID and follow operator and airport rules, including baggage and weight limits shared at booking.
As a facilitator, VayuVarad is not the operator of the flight or vehicle, and the operator's terms and insurance apply to the journey. We will help you in dealing with the operator when something goes wrong.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
